On May 6 & 7 American born folksinger-songwriter, Laurie Ornstein conducted workshops with four groups of Arab English Access Micro-scholarship students from ORT Akko, Mghar and Wadi Salame. Laurie used her love for music and talent to conduct the workshops and focused her lyrics on Mother Earth, Womens Issues, Peace and Coexistence. The students participate in the English Access Microscholarship Program administered by the ORT Network and many of them graduated from the program in May 2009.
