someone tell me how to GAIn weight in a healthy way !
I was 14.5 stnes in weight and now amjust under 10.
folloing an traffic crash I have been having crohns like symptoms …having to avoid wheat and dairy ( to be on safe side) eating plenty nuts and rice, fish, meat, vegetables like carrots broccoli flowers, spuds, lots of fruits and some wheat free pastas etc, good home made healthy food yu knpw … BUT am just not gaining weight
