It’s been a while … It’s been a while since I’ve seen it, but I think the issue is that the sister brought a Tofu turkey to have along with the regular turkey, and nobody wanted it. So having the real turkey tossed in her lap was just the icing on the cake. Great movie, one of my all time favorites!
